The house is in a quiet villa environment. You can relax in the large garden on many terraces. The house is child-friendly. There is an enclosed area on the outside kitchen, where even small children can always be looked after safely. The pool was newly built in 2017 and is very large. You can swim your laps or swim with several people (12×5). Outside there is a closed bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a large car park on the property where you can safely park several cars as needed. The house is habitable for you on 250 square meters. There are 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath. 2 large living room and a 2 modern kitchen. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A total of 12 people can live in the house. We have satellite TV and internet. You drive only a few minutes to the beach. No matter if you want to swim in beautiful bays or long sandy beaches, everything is within reach for every taste. In the evening you can grill in our very large outdoor kitchen or cook on the gas stove. There are numerous restaurants nearby where you can enjoy local Spanish cuisine or other culinary specialties such as Indian, Asian, Japanese, Swiss, etc.
