The house is located above the La Fustera beach in one of the most beautiful parts of the coast of the Costa Blanca. La Fustera is located directly on the sea and has a sandy beach in a beautiful bay.

Calp has a variety of tourist offers and beautiful long, fine sandy beaches, which can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The mountainous hinterland rises to an altitude of 1300m. Hikers will find well-marked hiking routes here. On a day trip you can dine in typical Spanish country inns. You can also play golf or tennis nearby.
